Police are investigating how a car colliding with three parked vehicles, leading to a car crashing into an Indian restaurant in Patcham.
At 8.40am on Sunday 2nd October a silver Seat Alhambra, being driven by a 33-year-old man from London, veered off London Road and collided with a Fiat Multipla, a Renault Megane and a Ford Mondeo.
The Fiat then struck the Elizabethan Cottage Tandoori restaurant on Old London Road causing damage to the front of the building.
The driver was taken to the Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton to be treated for minor injuries.
PC Ian Foxton of the Sussex Road Policing Unit, said: “Can any witnesses who have not already given us their details, or anyone who may have seen the driving of the Seat just before the incident, please contact us via 0845 60 70 999 quoting serial 0516 of 2 October.”
