This weekend saw Brighton’s most beautiful strut their stuff on the catwalk in Churchill Square in a bid to be crowned the Face of Brighton.
Hundreds of aspiring models from Brighton and the surrounding area were whittled down to just 60, who strutted their stuff in front of management from Models 1 agency at Churchill Square.
Six boys and six girls have been selected to perform at the Grand Final on Saturday 13th November.
Brighton went all X-Factor as singers and dancers from the city also performed on Saturday in front of judges including Paulette Minott from Pineapple Dance Studios, leading voice coach Sean Jeffery and Zoe Ball’s mother, Julia Peckham.
Event organiser Sarah Grigg said: “The level of talent on show at the auditions has been extraordinary – from solo singers to large dance troupes, all the performers delivered excellent auditions which really impressed the judges. We’ve selected some fantastic acts for the Grand Final, which will be a total show stopper!
“The model search has been such a success that selecting only ten finalists has been a challenge, however the success of these heats shows how much potential this city has to produce a real face of the future and Models 1’s management is excited by what the Grand Final will bring.”
