Try 250 wines for £10 at the Brighton Centre this weekend

Once you have gorged on excellent and interesting food at Hove Lawns you can wash it all down at the Tesco Wine Fair at the Brighton Centre, which presents the opportunity to taste test some 250 wines for just £10.

The two-day event gives wine connoisseurs and novices alike the chance to experiment with wines they know and those they don’t, while learning from the professionals as they browse the extensive range on offer at the Brighton Centre.

Some 14 different countries are represented and the organisers pledge that you will leave having discovered a new favourite.

Tesco Wine Fair said: “In 2011, if you are looking to try something really different we are sure you will be interested in our selection of new Finest* wines which will be available for tasting. Plus you will find a wide variety of wines from our range from full-bodied and intense to easy-drinking and refreshing, Fairtrade, organic, boutique, limited edition, big brands – you’ll find them all here – and with special Fair discounts, you’ll be able to stock up on your favourites at amazing value.”

It costs £10 to enter the Brighton Centre for the event, which runs on Saturday and Sunday from midday to 5pm.
