Remembrance Sunday in Brighton and Hove

There are numerous events taking place in Brighton and Hove to mark Remembrance Sunday, but the most populous will be held at the War Memorial at Old Steine.

A two minute silence will be observed and after a short ceremony a march will take place alongside St Peter’s Church which will result in various road closures.

A parade will also take place in Portslade, starting at the Town Hall on Victoria Road at 10:20am and finishing at Easthill Park for a ceremony and the laying of wreaths at 11am.

In the afternoon a parade will pass the War Memorial on Grand Avenue in Hove ahead of a Service of Remembrance at All Saints Church at 3pm.
