Victorian Lantern Show to raise money to fight liver disease

Trevor Beattie and Rachel Fricker from Brighton are putting on a magic lantern show to raise money for Children’s Liver Disease Foundation.

The show will use a Victorian optical projector and slides which are more than 100 years old to take the audience back in time.

Trevor and his wife Julie have twin daughters with alpha 1 antitrypsin deficiency and Rachel was born with the rare liver disease biliary atresia.

The shows take place at 6.30pm and 8.30pm at the West Hill Community Hall, off Compton Avenue, Brighton, on Friday 25th November.
